835 Electronic Remittance

As of  November 24, 2008, all BlueCross® BlueShield® of South Carolina and BlueChoice® HealthPlan providers who want to receive an Electronic Remit Advice (ERA) and who currently do not receive ERAs must complete the Electronic Funds & Transfer (EFT) and ERA Enrollment form

The completed Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) and ERA Enrollment forms may be returned via fax at 803-870-8065, or email to provider.eft@bcbssc.com.  

To receive ERAs through our EDI Gateway (EDIG), please complete one of the following forms:

You will not need the BlueCross EDIG Trading Partner Enrollment form when only requesting 835 transactions for existing trading partners.

Please mail the original, signed EDIG ERA Enrollment form to this address:

It can take one to two weeks for us to receive the EDIG ERA Enrollment forms data and load it into our systems. We will not accept a faxed copy of the EDIG ERA Enrollment form and we will not process if not completed correctly.
